Philips to Install Entire Times Square Ball and Numerals with LEDs

Royal Philips Electronics ( PHG, AEX: PHI) today announced that it will light both the world-famous Times Square Ball and Numerals (2-0-1-0) entirely with energy saving LEDs for the first time. Celebrating its tenth year as the official Lighting Partner to the Times Square Ball, Philips also announced that it has made the same LED technology used in the New York City icon available to consumers by releasing a broad range of high-performing, energy efficient and long life LED retrofit bulbs.

KVH Industries Wins Order from U.S. Navy for Fiber Optic Gyro TG-6000 IMUs

KVH Industries, Inc., (Nasdaq: KVHI) announced today that it has received a new $6.4 million order for its fiber optic gyro (FOG)-based TG-6000 inertial measurement unit (IMU) for use in the U.S. Navy's MK54 torpedoes. Largest Solar Power Plant in Italy Completed by SunRay Renewable Energy and SunPower

SunRay Renewable Energy, a leading independent solar power producer, and SunPower Corp.
