FetterCMD is a division of FetterGroup headquartered in Louisville, KY. FetterCMD helps healthcare organizations create, manage, and distribute a wide variety of customized sales, marketing, and communications resources and innovations, regionally and across the country. Booklet applications are an important part of FetterCMD's service offering.

"The Océ technology supports our business focus on optimizing processes and finding efficiencies wherever possible. We chose the Océ VarioPrint® 6000 Ultra platform to service our healthcare division specifically. The Océ system, along with inline finishing with the booklet maker, provides us with a faster document printing platform. The inline processes are a significant advantage in streamlining jobs by allowing us to make booklets in line while continuing to print documents. This creates efficiencies in our production workflow, which translate to more opportunities. The in-line finishing is a huge competitive advantage, and we have captured important booklet projects for our healthcare division. The more streamlined process reduces workflow steps and creates benefits we can pass on to clients," said Dayna Neumann, FetterGroup Vice President of Marketing and Strategy.

Neumann added, "The Océ VarioPrint 6320 Ultra system fits our immediate specific needs and our overall strategy," which includes a focus on environmental issues. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) named FetterGroup a 2010 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year for outstanding energy management and reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. The clean operation of Océ VarioPrint Ultra technology contributes to FetterGroup's award-winning sustainability programs. Demonstrating the Océ focus on sustainability, the quiet Océ VarioPrint Ultra systems consume 40 percent less energy than less productive devices, emit virtually no ozone and don't require a toner waste bottle.

"Savings from energy and emissions management generate money for investments in new technology, stronger infrastructure, and more jobs, at a time when most companies are making tough decisions in these areas," said FetterGroup President and CEO Terry Gill. "Our energy and emissions savings have helped us ease economic uncertainty over the last two years."

"The Océ VarioPrint Ultra system is designed to support customers on many levels, as demonstrated through FetterCMD. The Océ technology makes a strong contribution to their goal of driving efficiency improvements, and also to their sustainability strategy. We are proud to work with a company like the FetterGroup that shares our commitment to sustainable business practices," said Eric de Goeijen, Vice President, Marketing, Océ North America Production Printing Systems division.
