New Laser Alignment Equipment from Seiffert Industrial

Seiffert Industrial has introduced a new laser equipment and receiver software to eliminate scrapped product and prevent production interruptions caused because of plate position errors. The new T330 rotating laser and the R310 receiver can measure the alignment, flatness, or level, and can align a component over the target plane.

R310 Receiver

The T330 rotating laser enables the user to position the press plates appropriately and easily to obtain best production rates and high-quality products. The rotating laser offers an easy, quick and accurate press plate positioning. The T330 rotating laser allows the user to project a flat light plane across the area to be measured. The R310 receiver is used in combination with the rotating laser. By moving the R310 receiver to each measurement position, the dimensions are recorded, and corrective measures are taken. The T330 can be remotely controlled and does not need an operator.

The rotating laser can measure any type of machine easily, as it has a measurement range of above 300 ft. The receiver offers a resolution of 0.00039 inches, hence provides better precision in tight tolerance applications. Both the receiver and laser are battery operated, and can offer 0.0002 in/ft. tolerances.
