PhotoMedex Offers Co-Pay Program for Laser Treatment of Psoriasis in Children

The medical devices manufacturer, PhotoMedex has proposed a co-pay reimbursement program targeted at children to provide them with better access to XTRAC psoriasis treatment. The offer will coincide with the World Psoriasis Day, to be observed on 29th October.

Dye Molecules in Gels Can Emit Circularly Polarized Light

Simple stirring can influence light, according to a report presented in the journal Angewandte Chemie by Kunihiko Okano and co-workers. Dye molecules locked in a gel send out “helical” (circularly polarized) light instead of “normal” light if the solution is stirred as it gels.
