Theradome Recruits Los Angeles-Based Men to Test LH80 PRO Laser Helmet

Theradome Inc., home to the first FDA-cleared and over-the-counter wearable hair restoration device for women, is now recruiting male residents of Los Angeles who are interested in naturally re-growing their thinning hair. In one of the most comprehensive studies in Laser Phototherapy to date, the company is conducting a 26-week clinical trial to test the success of the Theradome LH80 PRO Laser Helmet on men.

The study, which is being overseen by leading dermatologists and hair loss specialists, is also recruiting men in Atlanta, GA, Portland, OR, and Nashville, TN. Today, Theradome announced a fourth location: Los Angeles, CA.

“After increasing demand, we happily made the decision to expand our study to the Los Angeles market,” said Dr. Tamim Hamid, CEO and Founder of Theradome. “In our female study, most subjects began seeing results as early as 18 weeks, and we are confident that we will establish similar results in our male study. This is a great opportunity for men aged 18 to 50 who struggle with hair loss.”

The Theradome Laser Helmet leverages Laser Phototherapy (also known as Low-Level Laser Light Therapy) to stimulate weak hair follicles. Utilizing targeted laser energy, the device has been shown to bolster cellular metabolism and protein synthesis of follicles, both of which are required to grow and maintain a fuller head of hair.

Offering a non-invasive, safe, and convenient solution to hair loss, Theradome’s LH80 PRO is worn twice-a-week for 20 minutes in the comfort of an individual’s home. No adverse side effects have ever been reported.

“The great thing about the Theradome LH80 PRO Laser Helmet is that it offers a completely natural and clinically proven approach to hair restoration,” says Hamid. “Moreover, it’s a treatment that men can undergo in the privacy and convenience of their own homes. Participants in this study can look forward to the possibility of promoting new hair growth, achieving thicker, fuller hair, and minimizing shedding.”
