Phoseon Technology has unveiled a new, improved design, which is an advanced form of the FireFly FF200 25x20mm and 50x20mm UV LED curing products.
This new product is a 4W/cm² air-cooled offering designed with a small body frame. It is a suitable solution for customers and can be used for full cure applications across space limitations in printers. FireFly products are ideally used for adhesives, digital inkjet, and small area curing applications that entail rapid curing of heat-sensitive substrates.
The FireFly FF200, based on Phoseon’s patented SLM technology, offers a number of benefits such as a single connector for data/power; low maintenance; air-cooled for seamless integration; small form factor with small footprint; and 4W/cm² peak irradiance. The FireFly FF200 therefore benefits customers greatly.
The three-tiered benefits of UV LED curing include new systems capability, eco-friendly features and cost-efficiency. Phoseon’s products are complemented through additional features such as maximum UV energy, high performance, and excellent reliability, and serve as ideal solutions for complex curing environments.
Both 395nm and 365nm wavelengths of the new FireFly FF200 25x20mm and 50x20mm products will be available in the Q2 of 2012. Phoseon will showcase its newly improved products at the Drupa Trade Fair in Dusseldorf, Germany.
