Viper Networks has declared that the company’s management is presently involved in a series of discussions in order to sign a key manufacturing and supply agreement with LEDs America.
As per the agreement, Viper Networks will function as a supplier and will be involved in the production and package of the products for LEDs America. In addition, it will market the products based on the purchase orders to specific countries and regions, under the control of LEDs America.
Viper Networks is a U.S. based public company, focused on setting up the company’s production facilities in the continental United States. Following the finalization of the manufacturing and supply agreement, the location for establishing the facilities will be declared.
Viper Networks, as a supplier of LEDs America will integrate to identify the sources required for components and parts in the manufacturing plant and proper arrangements must be made to supply the resources. In addition, it provides suggestions for the design and arrangement of both existing and upcoming products.
The agreement is expected to contain the terms related to Intellectual Property Rights, where the supplier cannot duplicate the products of LEDs America such as ballasts, LEDs , lamps, light fixtures, or any other products or accessories, including the manufacture, marketing, production or distribution of the same. The duration of agreement is five years starting from the actual date of the signed agreement, and renewal terms are included to continue for additional five year terms, under certain specifications. LED America’s products are being marketed under the brand name LED-O.
