Optelecom- NKF has released its latest range of Siqura IP PTZ cameras with a versatile SFP interface for linking to an optical fiber network directly.
The versatile SFP interface simplifies the maintenance and setup of roadside camera deployments where a fiber network is used for overcoming long distant restrictions.
Optelecom-NKF is providing Siqura IP PTZ cameras with an optical fiber connector option. A diverse range of CDWM, multimode and single mode modules can be used because a versatile SFP interface is integrated into the Siqura IP PTZ cameras. The cameras also come with numerous mounting options.
The new camera series features five types of cameras and come with high-speed, compact, outdoor and indoor dome camera options. Each camera supports dual H.264 streams as well as MJPEG, MPEG-4 and MPEG-2. This versatility in compression standards makes it convenient for the Siqura cameras to deliver enhanced video quality.
The Siqura cameras are tested with VMS vendors and comply with various standards. This feature allows the cameras to integrate the Siqura cameras with third-party systems or to set or query PTZ coordinate positions. The camera series comes with a web-based user interface that allows users to view or configure video streams from handheld devices or a computer. They also feature day/night compensation that can be applied automatically or manually according to the lighting conditions.
