Dermatologist Discusses Sciton Laser Treatments at Rachel Ray Show

Manufacturer of light and laser systems, Sciton announced that a dermatologist discussed the company’s ProFractional and SkinTyte laser treatments at the Rachel Ray Show. The laser treatments are used to treat stretch marks.

Dr. Jody Levine, a dermatologist from New York City, was invited to speak on the show regarding how she handles the treatment of stretch marks. Levine stated that around 90% of women have ugly stretch marks. Dr. Levine combines the ProFractional and SkinTyte laser treatments of Sciton to eliminate stretch marks. She added that the SkinTyte procedure delivers heat deep into the dermis and aids in building collagen and firming up the skin.

The ProFractional laser is focused at the stretch mark’s texture, said Dr. Levine. She continued that the ProFractional treats only a fraction of the skin making the skin surrounding it to be intact. The ProFractional laser treatment offers quicker and comfortable healing.
