Epson’s 1700 Series Projectors Deliver Presentation without Using a PC

Epson announced that it has started shipping the new 1700 family of PowerLite projectors that is suitable for business users seeking portability in a 3LCD projector. The PowerLite 1775W, 1770W, 1760W, and 1750 projectors are approximately 1.7” tall, and they weigh less than four pounds. The company launched the projector series in summer 2010.

1700 PowerLite Projector

The PowerLite projectors share many features with the USB plug, and play connectivity with PCs and Mac, while avoiding the requirement for VGA cables. They also have USB ports for delivering presentations without utilizing a PC. The 1760W, 1775W, and 1770W projectors feature a wireless USB key, which helps in conveniently setting up the wireless connectivity. All the projectors feature positioning flexibility, screen fit, and horizontal keystone correction.

The PowerLite 1760W and 1750 projectors provide a brightness of 2600 lm, whereas the 1775W and 1770W projectors deliver 3000 lm brightness. The 1775W, 1770W, and 1760W projectors have WXGA resolution, and the 1750 projector features XGA resolution.
