Stones River Companies Receives Lighting Energy Services Contracts

Provider of lighting solutions, Energy Focus announced that Stones River Companies (SRC) has received two lighting energy services contracts worth $1.5 million. SRC is the turnkey lighting retrofit division of Energy Focus.

One of the contracts necessitates upgrading of outdoor and indoor lighting in a number of buildings in a southeastern city. The other contract requires a lighting upgrade for several county municipal buildings for the same city. SRC has audited these facilities with the inventorying of the lighting systems, and produced an accepted energy savings design. In addition, SRC will obtain the materials and manage the installation of the lighting.

Energy Focus’ Chief Executive Officer, Joseph Kaveski stated that the company is motivated by the SRC team’s performance and their effective performance in the year 2010. Meanwhile, SRC’s Vice President, Rob Wilson noted that 2010 has been a significant year for the company. He added that SRC is pleased to receive the contracts.
