Canvys CFS WebSuite for Medical Display Monitors

Manufacturer of visual technology solutions, Canvys has launched its new Image Systems CFS WebSuite Calibration Feedback System and the smart phone utility. Canvys’ CFS WebSuite allows quality control and remote monitoring of medical displays through a handheld device or a web browser.

The CFS WebSuite includes three web-based modules, namely the CFS MobileManager, CFS WebManager, and CFS WebManager. The CFS MobileManager allows administrators to access the deployed displays through mobile handsets. The CFS WebManager offers remote monitoring access to various enterprise wide displays through a web browser. The CFS Local/Web is available with each Image Systems display package.

The status of the deployed displays and the information regarding out-of -tolerance displays will be shown to administrator. The administrator in turn will re-calibrate the out-of- tolerance displays to the standards of DICOM, using a handheld device that is supported with the CFS MobileManager.

Healthcare’s Director of Product Development and Operations, Dave Sorensen stated that the CFS is one among the first calibration software applications to include the Dicom 3.14 to a medical display monitor. He added that the components of the CFS WebSuite will provide administrators remarkable control and flexibility of displays.
