Ultra-Tech Lighting and PureSpectrum have entered into a new cross licensing agreement, which allows both the companies to sell their products across all the distribution channels. The agreement allows Ultra-Tech and PureSpectrum to diversify and extend their products, thus enabling them to meet consumers’ demands for specific application.

Ultra-Tech has launched an extensive range of induction lighting products for industrial and commercial markets. PureSpectrum provides a complete range of multi-dimmable linear fluorescent lamps and dimmable CFL (Compact Fluorescent Lamps).

Peter Weller, Vice President of Sales at PureSpectrum, remarked that magnetic induction lighting products have become more popular in recent times and are attracting interest from major representative groups across the globe. He added that the agreement will open new avenues for extra revenues, which was possible with the inclusion of the induction lighting products.
