Manufacturer of laser range finding tools, Bosch Measuring Tools, has added two new laser distance measuring devices to its portfolio. The GLR825 and the GLR500 range finding tools can measure in 11 different modes and offer measurement ranges of 825’ and 500’, respectively.
The range finding tools provide an accuracy of 0.04 inch even over long distances and are suitable for electricians, plumbers, inspectors, project estimators, building engineers, construction supervisors and builders. Like their previous models, the tools allow users to measure from one of four points - from the multi-functional extension pin, from the integrated tripod mount or from the back or front of the unit.
The GLR825 and the GLR500 deliver 11 unique measurement types unlike their previous model, the GLR225 that provides only seven modes. Both the devices have built-in memory that can store about 30 types of measurements, enabling users to keep track of these measurements.
The GLR825 features a 1.6x magnification viewfinder for which ensures accurate laser sighting even in well-lit outdoor settings. This application is suitable for architects and construction engineers who require comprehensive measurements for large-scale projects. The tools feature a large display that allows users to monitor and track all calculations, modes and measurements.
Ceramic optics carrier and glass lens are used to make the tools durable. Both the range finding tools have IP54 protection against water and dust.
