The TOW missiles are widely used as heavy assault weapons and majority of countries involved in combat operations utilize these products. The missiles are available on over 10,000 ground and air-borne platforms, and feature an RF receiver that is placed inside the missile and an RF transmitter for the missile case.

The Business Development Manager of Raytheon, Shawn Ball, informed that potential targets usually hide in mountains and caves, and the 2A Radio Frequency missiles improve the operations in urban settings through accurate and reliable performance.

The Vice President of Raytheon, Jim Riley, stated that the missiles provide swift response and greater mobility and have advanced close-fire support capabilities.
