Benchtop Digital Refractometer - The Kruess Optronic DR6000

We get a brief overview of the Kruess Optronic refractometers from Stefan Wegner. He then goes on to provide us with a demonstration of the DR6000 benchtop digital refractometer.

Features of the DR6000 include:

  • An easy to use touchscreen interface
  • Multiple language facility
  • PC communications
  • It can also connect back to the factory for repairs if possible.

The DR6000 is available in different models that can measure liquid samples with refractive indices between 1.32 to 1.58 and 1.32 to 1.7.
