The New Cilas Large Area Optical Coatings Machine - PACA2M

Cilas has recently launched its PACA2M optical coatings machine at its Aubagne site. It uses magnetron sputtering to produce coatings on substrates up to 2m x 2m and 40cm thick, weighing up to 1.5 tonnes.
