Carmanah Technologies to Supply Solar-Powered Portable Airfield Lights for Bariven S.A.

Carmanah Technologies Corporation (TSX: CMH) has received an order to supply solar-powered portable airfield lights for Bariven S.A. in Venezuela, a subsidiary of PDVSA. The order, valued at approximately $700,000, will provide the tools to equip Venezuela's Airport De Guiria with a stand-alone system of solar-powered LED (light emitting diode) aviation lights.
