Government of Uganda to Connect Fiber-Optic Cable to SEACOM

The ministry of ICT in Uganda has announced that the national e-governance infrastructure cable and data transmission backbone cable will be connected to the East African sub-marine cable system (EAASy), the East African Marine System (TEAMS), and the SEACOM cables.
