Olympus Show Off Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope at International Metrology Show

Olympus attended the recent International Conference on Metrology and Properties of Engineering Surfaces, where it displayed its advanced measuring confocal laser scanning microscopy, the LEXT OLS4000.
