New IEEE P802.3bg Project Aims to Provide 40 Gb/s Optical Compatibility

Cemtrex's Laser Opacity Monitors Chosen for UTE's Plant in Uruguay

Cemtrex Inc. (OTC: CTEI) announced the award of a $1.3 million contract received from the National Administration of Power Plants and Electric Transmissions of Uruguay (UTE) to design, supply, and install complete Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) for eight stacks with redundant systems for emissions reporting and compliance. Underwriters Laboratories (UL) is notifying retailers and consumers that the power supply provided with the bicycle lighting system identified below, bears an unauthorized UL Mark for the United States and Canada. This power supply has not been evaluated by UL to the appropriate standard for safety for the United States or Canada and is not authorized to bear the UL Mark. It is unknown if this power supply complies with United States or Canadian safety requirements.
