Samsung Electronics Australia has launched a new 10 mega-pixel EX1 digital camera for current generation of photographers. The EX1 will be showcased at PMA from 4 to 6 June 2010 at Melbourne Exhibition & Convention Centre.

The f/1.8 lens is ultra-fast and enables the users to capture the photos even under low-lighting conditions. The Schneider lens has 3x optical zoom and 24 mm wide focal length, and can capture any image from stunning landscapes to large groups of people. The EX1’s lens is also integrated with Samsung’s proprietary Dual Image Stabilisation technology that offers blur-free images.

The rotating AMOLED display in the camera enables photographers to frame the images according to their requirement and take shots from any angle, such as low-to-the-ground or overhead shots. The AMOLED display consumes less power and increases battery life.
