Epson announced that its new color laser multifunction printer series has been launched in the Middle East. The Aculaser CX11 series has been replaced by the Aculaser CX16 series, which scans at low cost per page and delivers faster printing. The CX16 has a duty cycle of 35,000 pages per month and has a 23 second first page out time for color and 14 seconds for mono.

The printer is compact and has a small footprint and high speed USB 2.0, which makes it easy to install in any business environment. Papers and toner cartridges can be easily replaced or changed because the printer can be accessed from the front side. In addition, the capacity of the multipurpose tray is 200 sheets, which offers superior media flexibility.
The CX16 series is ENERGY STAR qualified and utilizes Epson AcuBrite toner to deliver professional quality color output. General Manager of Epson for the Middle East Division, Khalil El Dalu, stated that the small and medium businesses in the Middle East would profit enormously because of the Aculaser CX16 printer.
