LightPath to Showcase Molded Aspheric Lenses at OPTATEC Trade Fair

LightPath Technologies will team up with AMS Technologies to showcase new, sophisticated molded aspheric lenses at the 2010 OPTATEC Trade Fair. The conference will be held from June 15 to 18, 2010,in Frankfurt, Germany. AMS Technologies distributes LightPath’s optical products in the European market.

Jim Gaynor, Chief Executive Officer of LightPath Technologies, commented that the company regularly invests in the molded aspheric lens products and is looking forward to highlight its technical advancements at the trade fair. He added that the molding aspheric lens technology allows a broader market for high-performance biomedical optics and industrial tooling.

LightPath produces a wide range of optical products such as higher-level assemblies, GRADIUM glass products, molded aspheric optics, collimator assemblies, packing products and laser components.

OPTATEC is a global conference for future optical systems, components and technologies. This year, the focus will be given to medical technology, LED technology, safety technology, photo-voltaics and fiber optics.
