AudioDev presents their complete product portfolio for inline and offline control on wafer based solar cells during the SNEC 4th (2010) International Photovoltaic Power Generation Conference & Exhibition in Shanghai from May 5-7.

With AudioDev’s newly developed and unique inline technology, it is now for the first time possible to have direct control on the layer quality of the SiN anti reflective coating. Furthermore an offline tester for a fast and reliable automatic mapping on solar wafer is presented. An offline system for texturizing control completes AudioDev’s portfolio of high end inline and offline tester for wafer based solar cells.
