“There were several viable options in the marketplace to do what we were looking for, but I was most pleased with the quality of the Canon imagePRESS, which in my opinion was closest to the look and feel of offset printing, said Marty Wolfe, president, Printworks & Company, Inc. “Couple this with the fact that all the monochrome Canon units I have had run like tanks, and I just had to put my confidence where the experience lies.”

The Canon imagePRESS line represents the largest single engine R&D investment in Canon's history. Capable of printing images up to 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution with a superior level of quality, the imagePRESS C7000 prints at 4200 letter pages per hour, including media up to 110lb cover stock. The imagePRESS C7000 reflects Canon Business Solutions’ commitment of enabling businesses of all sizes to capitalize on years of intensive R&D in digital color imaging and reproduction.

“Now that the Canon ImagePRESS C7000VP has been up and running with its variable data printing capability, our clients are utilizing their marketing dollars more wisely, creating mail pieces and collateral material specific to their target customer,” said Wolfe.

“In addition, the Canon imagePRESS is providing the highest quality output in the shortest possible timeframe – now that's servicing the customer!”

“Printworks & Company has a great reputation for outstanding quality and customer service. The company is committed to being a top choice for printing services in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley metro area. We are proud that the imagePRESS C7000 will them achieve their goal. The imagePRESS line is addressing a critical need in the printing industry and the early adapters to this technology are those that are taking the lead in their market space,” said Denis Griff, senior director of production print, Canon Business Solutions, Inc.
