Interact Holdings to Build and Promote Solar Power-Driven LED Lighting Systems

Interact Holdings Group Inc. (Pink Sheets: IHGP) announced today it has executed a Letter of Intent to form a joint venture with a Solar Energy manufacturer in California.

The joint venture will design, build, and market solar-powered LED lighting systems for construction including but not limited to: commercial, residential, and road construction sites. The benefits would include less pollution, less noise, and consumption of renewable energy as opposed to traditional fossil fuels.

Final details of the joint venture are to be determined and finalized within 30 days.
