Telos Delivers MAAC Solution to FedExField That Supports Various Biometrics Devices

Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC (Telos™ ID) has delivered the MobileAssure Access Control (MAAC) system to credential and verify the identities of employees and contractors at FedExField, home of the Washington Redskins. Built using technologies developed to meet the rigorous security requirements of the Federal government and DoD, MAAC is a versatile system that leverages a broad range of biometrics devices, and integrates with multiple HR management, scheduling and payroll systems.

“Given our proximity to the nation’s capital, security is critical at FedExField,” said Chris Bloyer, vice president of operations for FedExField. “With a diverse workforce of as many as 10,000 workers from multiple contractors on site for any given event, we need a system that is versatile, secure and flexible. The MAAC solution provides improved security and better visibility into our game day resources.”

“The MAAC system delivers a comprehensive solution that addresses day-to-day personnel management challenges while at the same time positively assuring the identity of employees and contractors entering the stadium,” said Mark Griffin, president and general manager of Telos ID. “The pre-enrollment of these employees using biometric information provides the highest degree of identity assurance for stadium management on game days.”

MAAC is capable of using simple matching or advanced multi-modal biometrics, and its verification software can operate on mobile or even handheld verification devices. Drawing upon Telos’ experience in deploying and supporting DoD identity management systems and secure wired and wireless networks, MAAC deploys quickly while ensuring the integrity and security of personal data stored in the system.

MAAC is highly scalable and capable of exchanging data with multiple HR management, scheduling and payroll systems, streamlining staff scheduling, time and attendance reporting and reconciliation, and payroll processing. Telos ID’s MAAC solution has enrolled over 7,500 FedExField employees and contractors, creating a secure credential for each.
