Solar by Weller, a division of Scott A. Weller Carpentry and Cabinets of Barto, recently launched a new website (www.solarbyweller.com) through Media Fusion Technologies, Inc. (MFT) to promote its green energy services throughout the region.
Specializing in Photovoltaic (solar electricity) and solar thermal technologies, Solar by Weller focuses on using 21st century technologies to harness the power of the sun more efficiently than ever before. Photovoltaic panels mounted on the rooftops or ground-mount racks of homes and businesses generate electricity directly into a structure’s electrical panel. Specially designed solar thermal panels heat up to 90% of a household or business’s water each year.
“We are excited to get our new website launched early in 2010,” said Scott Weller. “With today’s available state rebates and federal tax incentives, customer’s final investment on a new Solar by Weller solar system is reduced by approximately 50%.

The website was designed and programmed by MFT in the Microsoft .NET framework using Microsoft SQL Server as the database platform. Together with other technologies, these establish a stable, dynamic, comprehensive and extensible website environment which allows the customer to control site content live time via web browser using MFT’s proprietary Content Management System.
