Day4 Energy Partners with SOLERA sunpower for 10MW Solar Modules

Day4 Energy Inc. (TSX: DFE), a leading supplier of high performance, cost-effective solar electric solutions, today announced it is has signed a frame agreement for 10 megawatts with SOLERA sunpower GmbH, in Southern Germany. The business relationship between the two companies started in 2009 and has been expanding rapidly ever since.

SOLERA sunpower has been focused on high quality photovoltaic (PV) solutions for the German market since 2004, The Company recently installed 150 kilowatts of Day4 modules on two complete streets of housing developments in Immendingen, Germany. "Based on our positive experience with the Day4 Energy module performance, the evolving conditions of the German feed-in-tariff system forecasted for 2010 and our focus on the best quality PV solutions, we chose to continue our partnership with Day4 as our major supplier of solar modules," said Silvano Jakob, CEO of SOLERA sunpower.

"Having worked with SOLERA since 2009, we appreciate their previous installation success with Day4 modules and look forward to working with them this year as they continue to grow," said Tim Morath, director of sales for Central Europe for Day4 Energy.
