Diguang to Demonstrate LED Lighting Series at Hong Kong International Lighting Fair

Diguang International Development Co., Ltd. (OTC Bulletin Board: DGNG) ("Diguang" or "the Company") today announced that the Company will participate in the upcoming Hong Kong International Lighting Fair ("the Fair") from October 27-30, 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This year the fair, which is the largest exhibition of its kind in Asia and the second largest in the world, features a record 1,788 exhibitors from 31 countries and regions. Major exhibit categories at this year's Fair range from LED lighting, commercial and household lighting to green lighting, outdoor lighting, and lighting management, design and technology. Diguang will showcase its LED lighting series, including grid lights, down lights, T8 tube lights, spot lights and street lighting products, at booths No. 3D 14-42 and 3D 14-44, Hall 3, at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
