Laser Research Optics of Providence, Rhode Island has launched a line of field-replacement CO2 optics featuring lenses in a wide variety of focal lengths for low power lasers, where depth-of-field is a crucial factor.
Laser Research Optics CO2 Laser Lenses and Mirrors meet ISO-10110 and OEM specifications. They are enhanced for 10.6 µm wood cutting and engraving laser systems, where depth-of-field is crucial. Intended for direct field replacement, these CO2 Laser Lenses and Mirrors come in 1/2" to 1-1/2" diameter sizes with focal lengths ranging from 1" to 25" in 1/2" increments, and they are supplied with coatings in order to match particular phase and polarization requirements.
Laser Research Optics CO2 Laser Lenses, especially effective for plywood, have < 1/40th wave sphericity, 40-20 scratch-dig surface quality, and offer < 0.2% total absorption values. These lenses and mirrors are offered for Emission Technologies®, Epilog®, Camtech®, Laser Pro Engravers®, Ferba®, Kern®, Pinnacle®, Trotec®, LST Lasers®, Vytek®, Synrad®, and Universal® engraving and marking lasers.
