Experts to Discuss Advancements in Imaging Fields at OSA Incubator Meeting

The Optical Society (OSA) will host an incubator meeting on Computational Modeling and Performance Metrics for Imaging System Design and Evaluation on Thursday, 14 April 2016 and Friday, 15 April 2016 at the OSA headquarters.

Attendees to this incubator meeting will discuss the development of improved performance metrics, using computational modeling and direct image analysis, that tie better to the application and more accurately assess non-linear image enhancement algorithms. The incubator meeting will feature several participants from various imaging fields, who will present state-of-art techniques within the industry, discuss current limitations and future research.
