DILAS Celebrates 20th Anniversary

In November 1994, DILAS was founded in Mainz, Germany by a group of eight people with a vision to generate light for industrial applications, using high efficiency of high-power diode lasers.

In the last 20 years, DILAS has helped lead the diode laser industry with innovative technologies for stronger, smaller, lighter and more powerful diode laser products. Today, with over 300 employees in manufacturing and research/development facilities in Europe, North American and Asia, DILAS’ products are an essential part of business for medical, pumping, lighting, defense and materials processing industries.  

This year DILAS celebrates it anniversary by looking towards the future - - continuing its vision of not to be just the best product in the market but to solve its customers’ needs through enabling technologies.
