Inphi to Highlight iKON 100G CDR at ECOC 2014

Inphi Corporation, a leading provider of high-speed, mixed signal semiconductor solutions for the communications, data center and computing markets, today announced its participation at the European Conference on Optical Communication (ECOC) 2014.

The company is an industry first with its new coherent technology and showcasing its latest iKON 100G CDR for the long haul, metro and data center markets.

When:

ECOC 2014 will be held September 22-24, 2014.

Where:

ECOC 2014 is taking place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France. Inphi will be in booth #410.

Demonstrations:

Visit Inphi's booth to see a live demo of its new 45Gbaud linear driver coherent products that enable flexible optical networks as well as an interop demo for CFP4 line cards featuring its latest iKON™ family of 100G Clock and Data Recovery (CDR) Retimer ICs for next-generation 2-Terabit line cards. Inphi will also demonstrate a 100GbE Four Level Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM4) transmission system over 10km single mode fiber for an emerging network signaling standard. All demonstrations will be shown by appointment only.

In addition, Inphi is participating in three live demos in the Optical Internetworking Forum (OIF) booth. OIF has completed a multi-vendor interoperability demonstration highlighting the expansion of 100G component availability to smaller form factors by testing live traffic over media including optical fiber, copper cables and backplanes. The event marks the OIF's fifth demonstration of 4 x 25Gb/s (100Gb/s) channels and includes nine different demo scenarios featuring 11 different participating companies.
