Laser Clinique Offers FDA Approved Ultherapy Décolletage Treatment at San Diego Facility

Laser Clinique announces it is now offering the new ultherapy décolletage treatment out of its facilities in San Diego, following recent approval from the Food and Drug Administration.

Ultherapy is the first FDA-approved, non-invasive procedure designed to improve wrinkles and lines on the décolletage. During the procedure, which takes less than an hour to complete, a medical professional uses the ultherapy device to administer focused high frequency ultrasound therapy. Ultherapy is designed to stimulate the natural development of elastin and collagen in the skin to gently and slowly smooth out wrinkles on the chest.

In the past, patients who wanted to eliminate unsightly lines and wrinkles on their chest region had to resort to options that include needles and multiple treatments, as well as having to follow physician instructions to avoid exposure to sunlight. Now, they can undergo ultherapy décolletage treatment in San Diego during the course of their lunch break.

Patients typically begin to see improvement in their décolletage with a single treatment, and they can expect to see visible changes in the chest region after approximately 90 days. Because this procedure is gentle and non-invasive, patients should have no downtime to recover and will not need to follow any post-treatment care. The Ultherapy décolletage treatment was developed by medical device company Ulthera, Inc. of Mesa, Az.
