Aspheric form analysis
Expressly designed for aspheric optical components the AAU fits measurement data to the component design formula and aligns the resultant error profile with respect to the aspheric axis. Base radius optimization, clear aperture settings, slope error, sag tables, adjustable filtering and spike removal enable quick and easy data processing which can then be checked against allowable production tolerances.
Diffractive zone and form analysis
This unique capability takes the guess work out of diffractive optics analysis and enables you to guarantee the performance of your lenses. Save time with instant and detailed analysis of residual form, zone depth and spacing errors for quality assurance or manufacturing feedback for process correction for improved performance.
Reverse engineering optical prescription
Our derived aspheric and diffractive capability features the ability to quickly and easily reverse fit the optical prescription of an aspheric or diffractive component. Enables feedback to designers for adjustment of critical design systems to deliver improved performance.
