Taylor Hobson Launch Ultra Dual Axis Autocollimator Range

Taylor Hobson is pleased to announce the launch of their new Ultra Dual Axis Autocollimator range which replaces the DA400 and DA20 series.

With its wider range and high accuracy, this state-of-the-art autocollimator uses the latest CCD technology and touch-screen technology for precise calculation and analysis of:

  • Straightness (squareness and twist)
  • Flatness (Union Jack)
  • Angle
  • Polygon (angular indexing heads and tables)

The Ultra Autocollimator incorporates a number of new design features:

  • The measurement head uses the latest CCD technology
  • The electronics/meter unit has been replaced with a simple touch-screen tablet PC
  • Operation is software driven with the full electro-optics applications software package now included as standard*
  • Laser sighting aid supplied for easy set up
  • Wide measurement range (1800 seconds)
  • High accuracy 0.2 seconds over 800 seconds (0.4 seconds over whole range)
