Phoseon Technology Introduces Its New High-Power Water-Cooled LED Curing Lamp

Phoseon Technology includes the new FirePower 350 x 20 mm LED curing lamp to its cache of high-power water-cooled merchandise.

The new 350 x 20 mm FP200/FP300 item is the perfect choice for the flexographic printing industry in which high speeds require high-performance curing lamps. The FirePower range comes with 12 W/cm2 or 16 W/cm2 peak radiance and in different emission windows. These high-power units are available with built-in controls and user-friendly software to offer customers easy incorporation. 350 x 20, 300 x 20, 225 x 20 and 150 x 20 mm are the various emitting lengths that are on offer.

UV LED curing lamps bring with them various benefits to the flexographic industry such as high throughput and flexibility for customers to now use heat-responsive shrink covers in the packaging sector. The benefits include: considerable savings with the use of instant on/off controls, no requirement for expensive ventilation, improved efficiency by way of straighter print paths, use of heat-responsive, thinner substrates, and significant environmental benefits with no use of mercury and no ozone creation.
