Juki Automation Systems, a division of Juki, declared that its JX-100LED and PMAX II have been selected by PRUF LED for facilitating the production of an extensive array of LED lighting panels, including the U.S.’s unique 4x2' panels. PRUF LED’s new, advanced, fully automated Texas-based SMT production facility in Robinson accommodates both the systems.
Over the last two years, Southwest Systems Technology assisted in the establishment of SMT production facility. PRUF LED lighting designed to be efficient during extreme temperatures and magnetic environments has been developed within the facility. Furthermore, the lighting ensures substantial energy efficiency with 50% less utilization compared to conventional lighting.
Juki’s JX-100LED Compact LED Assembly System can consistently support 48-in long boards, following 3x indexes. It is considered to be a vital machine for manufacturing cost-effective, high-speed LED tubes. In addition, based on a patented mathematical calculating algorithm, the latest PMAX II Large Format Fully Automatic Screen Printer drives board lengths up to 48-in, ensuring high-precision print alignment of the machine leading to 01005 (0402 metric) printing efficiency.
