Two new models of digital microscopes capable of generating photos and video have been created by Barska based on digital LCD display technology. The new versatile stereo and compound microscopes have been constructed on industry standard lab specifications. Barska has added the new microscope slides produced from flawless optical glass to complement its professional microscopes portfolio.
The newly designed optical high power microscopes will benefit lab technicians, students, doctors, and scientists. Such traditional optical microscopes come in stereo optical systems and high magnification compound. A 3D image has been included in the new zoom binocular microscopes. These stereo zoom microscopes feature two eyepieces that provide normal depth of field. The monocular microscopes consist of interchangeable objective lens for high magnification, producing a clear, consistent flat view of microscopic details.
The new LCD digital microscopes from Barska are offered in a 5 MP and an 8 MP model. The microscopes’ optical light-path has been integrated with a digital camera. Then, the digital image is displayed on a color LCD display in real time. Images and video resulting from digital microscopes can be transferred to an external monitor or stored on an external SD card to facilitate access on a computer.
