Established in 2008 by Dr. Mary Lou Jepsen, a pioneer in display and computer technology, the company Pixel Qi develops advanced LCD panels. The company designs innovative LCD screens that present excellent solutions which the conventional screens fail to offer.
The company initially developed low-power, sunlight-readable LCD panels, specifically for mobile device applications. It operates in California and Taiwan.
According to Dr. Jepsen, several customers depend on connected, mobile devices, thereby increasing the challenges in turnkey solutions. The challenges include long battery life, display devices enabling portability, connectivity and excellent indoor/outdoor readability, which were unable to be solved with previous displays. The unique technology plate of Pixel Qi facilitates high quality virtual examination in all conditions. The company’s full-function color screen technology offers an outdoor-readable video display featured with unique battery life with extensive usage capabilities.
