New Array of LED-Based Dimmable Drivers Developed by NMB

NMB has launched a new series of LED programmable and dimmable drivers, achieving industry standards. The novel CLSD Series of LED drivers has been designed in such a way as to program an extensive range of output current with only a few drivers.

The CLSD Series design platform of NMB has high flexibility and can be modified according to the customer’s applications. The output current levels can be adjusted based on the application, and can also be preset by the system designer. This programming unit includes a USB adapter cable and simplified 4-pin connector programming box. This will enable the unit to identify the NMB driver model and show the optimized factory setting following the recognition of the NMB driver model. The user can alter the output current settings depending on the specific application. The same programming kit can be used to program several drivers to suit the lighting design being adapted.

This innovative CLSD Series includes low voltage dimming function of 0 to 10V, and offers wide range of protection against over-voltage, short-circuit, high-temperature and overload. The new NMB programmable LED drivers possess ingress protection rating that satisfies the standards of IP66, and serves as an ideal application for moisture and dust affected environments.

This innovative series of programmable LED drivers have been designed to support system life requirements over 130,000 h. It is presented in low current of 10W ~ 20W, with an efficiency rate at full load of 85%. The company presents a programming kit along with the LED driver, available at Digi-Key and Newark.

The novel NMB Lighting series has been designed and developed in such a way to cater to the specific requirements of the LED market. It attracts several customers with its elegant and simple design.
