Anomax has devised a 100 W LED bulb. This new bulb consumes energy of only 12 W. It is 48% more energy efficient than the 100-W bulb of today.
Off-the-shelf LED diodes, and patent pending IPCHS substrate technologies are coupled in this new energy efficient LED lights. The company has named this new technology as Light Made Right (LMR), which is a novel green technology.
As stated by H.A. Chan, Anomax’s Director, normal LED bulbs have very low heat transfer board that causes overheating of the LED diodes and decreases the light output considerably. IPCHS’ high thermal transfer has allowed for the conversion of power-to-light efficiently and enhances the utilization of energy by nearly 50%.
According to an independent lab report from research and development, the power used by this LMR 100 W bulb is only 11.9 W. The thermal performance of IPCHS is very good. An external ANSI/TUV/UL accredited lab has confirmed the performance of the LMR bulb.
A 100 W LMR bulb is a light based on LED and utilizes only 12W, which is half of a CFL. LMR bulbs consume only half the energy used by CFLs, as other output levels of light. LMR bulbs form a greener way of lighting.
Anomax has started manufacturing these LMR 100 W bulbs. The company looks for a partner in order to manufacture high volumes of these lights.
