Advanced Wave Light II LEDs Reduce Energy Costs

Wave Light II LEDs surpass compact fluorescent lights in terms of durability, efficiency and energy costs. It features a variable illumination area, ambient sensor with illumination settings up to 10 stages, and is qualified for LEED certification.

Wave Light II is an LED task light designed to outsmart the traditional LED fixtures, illuminating a specific work area, thereby facilitating improved visual performance in the task lighting market. Wave Light II was launched by SpaceCo Business Solutions.

The photocell technology, which is yet to be patented, is incorporated into the head of the light. The ambient light levels are involuntarily detected by Wave Light II during light source regulation in accordance with the optimum environment settings. This technology requires less eyestrain, resulting in minimized energy costs, a more balanced light field with an electrical output of 9.38 W. An ambient sensor with 10 stages of illumination settings is generated by Wave Light II, through which the selected light setting is maintained, whereas the original Wave Light offers only a 3-stage dimmer.

Improved visual comfort is provided by Wave Light II by eliminating glare and reducing shadows, to facilitate higher productivity. Wave Light II’s patented refractive lens technology provides efficient operation and better performance compared to other LED lights. In addition, it is entitled for LEED credit, with prolonged life span up to 50,000 h.

SpaceCo Business Solutions is located at Denver, Colorado. The company’s operation is based on workplace solutions business that is cost-effective and reduces risk by focusing on security, space, storage, ergonomic and organizational requirements.
