Since 20 years, the laser skin treatment is being developed by Palomar. A global team of laser physicists and esteemed dermatologists from Palomar in the 1990s examined the non-ablative fractional laser treatments. In 2000, Palomar documented a patent application on this fractional laser technology and started marketing its products to the physicians.
