SiliconCore Technology, supplier of silicon based technology, declared its innovative 1.9 mm pitch LED display panel technology for internal purposes. Such fine pitch designs are currently not available due to various constraints like shortage of high integration LED Driver circuits, and high power dissipation, which gives rise to overheating.
This innovative technology is facilitated by a low power high integration LED Driver integrated circuit established by SiliconCore Technology. The device can generate up to 128 RGB (Red-Green-Blue) LED pixels, which is followed by a reduction in the count of the strong component. The fine pitch technology also initiates the Common Cathode RGB LED topology utilization, which allows reduction in power dissipation by 30%, thereby minimizing the overheating issue. Other advancements include drastic reduction of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) emissions, ghost image elimination; scan refresh rates of up to 16 KHz, and a true 16-bit color. SiliconCore Technology is yet to be validated in China and the US, and has patents that are pending on the vital technologies built for the fine pitch panel.
The LED displays supported by SiliconCore Technology provide eventual performance and quality, with the least distance for visualization that has been decreased up to 1m, facilitating extensive viewing angles without any color shift. This technology is appropriate for complete HD (High Definition) LED display panel functions for indoor purposes including banking, casinos, broadcasting, foyer, retail displays, medical and public events. SiliconCore Technology will market the fine pitch display panel technology along with its subsidiary, SiliconSign Technology.
