NemotekTechnologie launches a novel line of products, the Exiguus, which include a range of VGA cameras that combine CMOS image sensors and wafer-level optics.

Exiguus H11-A1 has the thinnest form factor, around one tenth of an inch, in Nemotek’s line of products. Hence the Exiguus H11-A1 is suitable for laptops, mobile phones, PC tablets and to certain innovative automotive solutions. The Exiguus H11-A1 is focussed at giving superior quality images with improved pixel resolution. Nemotek has the capability to offer tailor-made wafer-level solutions hence ensuring that each camera is designed to suit the specific needs of customers.
Dr. Rajender Thusu, Team Leader of Sensors and Instruments Practice, from the Measurements and Instruments department at Frost and Sullivan stated that Nemotek provides superior quality cameras with innovative features.
The Exiguus H11-A1 provides total functionality and is reflowable. It utilizes two surface lenses or one element and provides manual and automatic control features as well as 640*480 pixel resolutions. Since the camera incorporates glass wafers instead of plastic, it is suitable for even the toughest of environments.
