LED Downlights Have Average Lifetime of 35,000 Hours

Manufacturer of lighting technologies, American Lighting has launched the E Series LED recessed downlight that is suitable for residential and commercial usage.

The company’s Chief Executive Officer, David Wilkins stated that the LED recessed downlight enables customers to conserve both maintenance and operational costs. He added that the lights complement the company’s LED recessed downlights and enables them to offer a comprehensive product family.

The energy-efficient 4 and 6” LED lights offer high color rendering and warm-white lighting. The lights are tested with various dimmers and are designed to allow retrofitting into 6 or 4” cans. They are suitable for cost-conscious consumers who seek to have an energy-efficient alternative to fluorescent down lights or incandescent down lights that contain mercury.

The downlights comply with various mounting and housing models and offer an average life of 35,000 hrs. The 6” model downlight also generates a brightness of over 45 lm.
