Wells-Gardner Achieves Milestone in LCD Display Solutions Sales

Wells-Gardner Electronics, a developer and distributor of color video monitors, announced that it has sold its 500,000^th LCD display solution.

The company manufactures monitors for various markets such as coin-operated video game developers, casinos, and gaming machine manufacturers. It manufactures a majority of the displays in Mainland China. In addition, the company’s subsidiary, American Gaming & Electronics distributes parts to more than 700 casinos in the North American region.

The Chairman and CEO of Wells-Gardner, Anthony Spier stated that the company started to manufacture LCD display solutions in 2004. He added that the displays, designed in both Taiwan and Chicago, have a low warranty defect rate of 0.34%. He also mentioned that the manufactured LCD displays enter the gaming industry and last for a period of around five years.
